- Keep you signed in to your coach or client portal account.
- Save your progress in features such as practice exams and onboarding so you don't lose work.
- Support secure payment processing and fraud prevention.
These are essential to provide the Services you request and cannot be switched off within the Platform.
b) Functional / Preferences
- Remember display choices such as your selected theme and sidebar layout.
- Remember which tips and new badges you've already seen, and your practice reminder preferences.

5. Third-Party Services
Some features take you to, or embed, services operated by third parties. Those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies:
